This is only a pre-application and not a hard commitment to the club. Additional info will be provided and sought at a later time along with a firm commitment to join the club. Please read and check the boxes below to acknowledge each statement.

Final costs will be set at a later date. Fees may differ for returning/new players and depend on if a player needs a uniform kit or can use their's from last season. The total fee for participation will be between $600-$750 per player.

Uniform sizing and orders will be taken and handled after player's have committed and made a payment to the club.

Team commitments and first payment will be due by February 14. We will continue to add players after that date if roster spots are still open.

We will survey each age group to determine best time/location for practice. Practice will occur in the Iowa City area. There will be one regular practice per week with an additional practice during tournament weeks.

Coach Blum from Redzone Football will review this application and call you within 7 days to discuss further.

WAIVER: This release of liability and hold harmless, (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between REDZONE FOOTBALL LLC (dba “RedZone”,) and the undersigned parent(s)/guardian on behalf of the registrant listed above.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS COVENANT

I acknowledge that activities conducted by RedZone may involve the risk of injury or death. I knowingly assume full responsibility for my child(ren)’s participation in such activities. I do hereby forever waive, release, discharge from liability and covenant not to sue RedZone or its business partners as a result of any and all injuries, damages, and losses that my child may sustain during such activities. Additionally, I do hereby forever waive, release, discharge from liability and covenant not to sue RedZone’s affiliates, contractors, directors, employees, volunteers, and insurers as a result of any and all injuries, damages, and losses that my child may sustain during such activities. I certify that my child is in good physical condition and able to safely participate in these activities. I will notify RedZone immediately if my child’s physical condition changes.
